Factores de Virulencia y Susceptibilidad a Oxacilina de S. Aureus (9783659064173)



Objetivos: determinar factores de virulencia, susceptibilidad de S.aureus; CMI y CMB de oxacilina sobre S.aureus de pacientes Hospital Regional Docente Las Mercedes Dpto. Lambayeque y muestras nasales personas comunidad Distrito Lambayeque. Resultados y conclusiones: Hospital se procesaron 143 muestras aislandose 98 cepas de S.aureus 68,53%; comunidad 271 muestras aislandose 98 cepas 36,16%. Se investigaron seis factores: hospitalarias 33,67; 50 y 16,33%; comunitarias 16,33; 61,22 y 22,45% produjeron seis, cinco y cuatro factores. Todas produjeron catalasa, coagulasa, leucocidina y capsula; 82,65; 67,35% hospitalarias y 73,47; 20,41% comunitarias produjeron alfahemolisina y fibrinolisina respectivamente. Susceptibilidad a oxacilina: hospitalarias 44,90 sensibles, 6,12 intermedias y 48,98% resistentes. SARO hospitalario 48,98%, 37,5% en UCI; comunitarias 81,63 sensibles, 8,16 intermedias y 10,21% resistentes. SARO comunitario 5,10%. CMI de oxacilina: hospitalarias 50% sensibles; 41,85% inhibidas entre 0,007 a 0,125 ug/ml. CMB 128,001 a 512,000 ug/ml en 48,98%. Comunitarias 93,88% sensibles; 50% inhibidas entre 0,31 a 0,125 ug/ml. CMB 8,001 a 32,00 ug/ml en 29,58% de cepas."
